Our life is a precious gift by our creator Almighty Allah. Almighty Allah has blessed every one of us with unique physics, Body Parts and a natural health system which make sure that we spend a healthy and happy life. Our creator has made our health system with many complexed materials. Almighty Allah has given us healthy organs to deal with our life circle chores. There is a healthy stomach that divides our food into ingredients that are needed for the perfect functionality of other organs, there are kidneys that purifies our circulating liquid that makes sure there is not any harmful ingredient is present in our blood, Liver is attached with our body to fulfil demand of blood level in our body, and when we need oxygen to maintain health of our interior system there is a pair of lungs that maintain oxygen demand of our body system. To perform all these functions there is an AI system is present in our mind. Before performing a function every organ needs permission at very quick for which there is complexed neuron system present which works a speed in micro seconds.

Stressed health System/ Narcissistic Management

                While we spend a very healthy life there are many factors that disturbs our healthy system. It could be either a functionality error of any organ that disturbs the system of functionality of that organ as like if Kidney is disturbed with any disease then it shall disturb the blood regulation system. If our stomach is affected with some disease then our daily meal routine shall disturb. Faulted organ mean disturbance in its function. There is big virus that attacks our healthy system and that is stress. Stress is something like malfunction or virus in any system that crashes the normal functionality of any machine. Same like this stress attacks the functionality of our mind after which our mind gets disturbed and response a bad reply to functionality permissions by organs to function. In a stressed health system our stomach wants permissions from our stressed mind that don’t response about what to do and stomach is waiting for reply in result our daily meal digestion gets disturbed. If mind response with some unwanted command then it results in over supply or less supply issues. A stressed mind doesn’t know what function to do because that is under attack of stress.

What is Stress?

     Stress is a most dangerous virus that can easily attack any human mind and body to disturb its functionality. World health Organization has defined stress as some change that creates strains in emotions, Physical relations and psychological behavior.

Explaining in easy words stress is type of burden of feelings or something like access of emotions with something or that could be a reaction of some incident.

How Stress affects:

     After knowing about stress it comes in our mind that how a stress affects our lives? A Stress is over felling, access of emotions or deep attachment with some incidents. A stressed human’s mind comes under pressure of access of feeling for something or all times one thinking. That puts stressed human mind into a state where the mind forgets its functionality.

For example:

    ‘A’ is love of ‘B’, ‘A’ has a lot of attachments with ‘B’ as like ‘A’ shall spend happy life with ‘B’ and he will spend a happy life with ‘B’. But suddenly ‘B’ dies and ‘A’ gets into all time thinking about ‘B’. While eating he recalls his meals with ‘B’. His mind shall not response to functioning request from stomach about how to deal with meal but Mr. Mind is thinking about ‘B’s meal schedule and don’t response stomach request. In result stomach shall have to this by itself with improper dealing in result of which Mr. A shall will suffer digestion problem, access of blood flow into veins which shall cause high blood pressure or low blood pressure. Stomach shall send a lot of glucose into body which shall result into diabetics, Stomach shall affect liver function.

    A stressed mind becomes like a driver who is driving while he is addicted to drugs or some other mind functionality disturbing items. The driver is on driving seat but he is not responding to demands of passengers in result!  he brings the vehicle where it was not intended to be.

 

 

Causes of Stress:

    Stress is malfunctioning virus that is in most cases installed by the human by himself and in very rare cases it happens by itself. According to my research and knowledge I found that stress can attack a human body because of following 3 big causes:

·         Lack of faith: 

     When someone has shortage of faith in creator then he will defiantly be attacked by stress because he doesn’t know there is Allah to deal with all the matters with perfection. So come close to Allah and built your faith in Allah. So come close to Allah and built your faith in Allah.


·         Over thinking:

    Over thinking is a big cause for stress in which a human thinks about everything that is not connected to his whole life or field. Thinking about


How something will be done?

There is a system according to which everything is to be dealt with. On time it shall be done with perfection.


How something shall be dealt?

There is a proper dealing way to deal with everything. If this question is related to you then just plan only when it is related to you. Don’t before time.


Why something is done?

Almighty Allah has made a system in which nothing is useless or not required.

 

·         Attachment:  

    Too much attachment with something is also big cause that leads a human to spend a stressed life. Be attach with things with a reasonable demand. So be attach with things with a reasonable demand.

Symptoms of Stress:

     When a normal man is under attack of stress then there are many symptoms appear in that person from which that stress attacked man can evaluate his stress level so that he could be treated with perfect treatments. 

    • lost in thoughts
    • Talking about only thing
    • Some diseases
    • Blood Pressure etc. 

 

How to deal with stress?-

After a human is under stress attack the main thing to know is “Why he is facing stress?” should be treated in these steps

·         1st Step- Self-Evaluation treatment:

In this type of treatment the patient with stress can handle his stress by himself for which that human should evaluate his level of stress and analyze the reason of his stress. After finding his reason, he should practice to lessen his stress reason.
  

·         2nd Step- Spiritual treatment:

In this type of treatment stressed human should analyze his connection with his spiritual views about his religion teachings. Studying the religion brings the human close to Almighty Allah, who has all authorities about everything.


·         3rd Step- Psychological Treatment:

Along with above two steps 3rd step is to hire a psychologist. Because a psychologist can do a lot in your stress problem:

 

·         4th Step- Medical Treatment:

In this 4th step if a human has been caused with serious stress attack with which he is affected very badly then he should start his medical treatment from which a lot of goodness is hoped.

Final Words:

    To finalize this post I would like to say that in most cases stress is caused by our over thinking about things and having a lot attachment with immortal things. So avoid unnecessary thinking or access attachment with things and most important thing is make a close connection with Almighty Allah who has command over everything. Be close to Allah and be stress free.
